The cleanliness was subpar. I found hair on a towel and, worse, my daughter got bitten by bed bugs. When I reported it, the night receptionist only offered to switch rooms, which didn’t address the serious issue. I felt unsafe and uncomfortable during our stay, ruining our vacation.
